Tonight: Skies will be partly cloudy with isolated thunderstorms possible through 10 PM. Some of these storms may be severe over southern portions of the Nebraska Panhandle with large hail, damaging winds and perhaps an isolated tornado. Temperatures will fall in to the 40s and 50s with winds shifting to the west at 5-15 MPH after midnight.
Saturday: It will be a pleasant start to the weekend as temperatures reach the 80s region wide. Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy as high clouds move over the region. Isolated thunderstorms will be possible over the Nebraska Panhandle, some of which may be severe. Winds will be from the south-southwest at 10-20 MPH. Overnight, temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s under partly cloudy skies.
Sunday: Temperatures will remain well above average as we remain in the 80s. Skies will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms, mainly over the Nebraska Panhandle. Overnight, temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s under partly cloudy skies.
Monday: It will be slightly cooler for Memorial Day as temperatures reach the mid to upper 70s and lower 80s. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible. Overnight, temperatures will fall in to the 40s and 50s.
