Another arrest made in homicide investigation; another still at large

CHEYENNE, Wy.(KGWN)- The Laramie County Sheriff’s office have made another arrested in a homicide investigation.

Erick Aguilar a 21-year-old male from Cheyenne for accessory after the fact of first degree homicide.

Aguilar also admitted he knows another suspect, Armando Ramirez-Serna, was involved in the homicide of 19-year-old Justin Robinson. He also told deputies that he intentionally aided and abetted Serna, by giving him a ride to various areas around Cheyenne. Aguilar knew law enforcement was looking for Serna.

The sheriff’s office is also releasing an updated description of Armando Ramirez-Serna (pictured above). He may have shorter hair with the area around his bangs being in the shape of a “V”. According to another witness Serna may have burns on the right side of his face underneath his right eye and on his forehead above his right eye. He was last seen wearing light colored blue jeans, a black hoodie with orange stitching, and a black undershirt with blue and black Nike Jordan tennis shoes. Serna was also seen carrying a smaller compact backpack with yellow on the top and black on the bottom.

Ramirez-Serna still remains at large. The public is urged to use extreme caution and if anyone feels they know where he is call 911.
Another suspect, a 17-year-old male was arrested on Thursday in this investigation as an accessory.

Justin Robinson was found dead earlier Sunday November 26 at a reservoir in Cheyenne. He died from a single gunshot wound to the head.
