CHEYENNE, Wyo. (KGWN) - If you've had a loved one deployed and experience the emotions that come with it, you aren't alone.
About fifty members of the Wyoming Air National Guard's 153rd Airlift Wing returned home Saturday, Jan 13, after being deployed in October. After sacrifice and service, these airmen were brought back on a C-130 to be reunited with their families.
One boy, who missed his father while he was deployed, explained, "It’s an emotional time. Do things you like to do. When you’re mind is on it, it’s even more hard."
Members of the Wyoming Air National Guard say if they had to do it all over again, they would and their families say they would support them again as well.
