LARAMIE, Wyo. - On Feb 17th at about 11:30 am, Laramie Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 171 Cow Trail about 10 miles north of Laramie.
Engine 7 from Laramie responded along with AC-21 from Albany County Fire District #1, Tender 37, Tender 8, and Engine 2 from Centennial Valley Volunteer Fire Department. There was a water tender from the Laramie Street Department and Albany County Sheriff Deputies.
Upon arrival, a double wide trailer was found to be fully engulfed in flames. All occupants were out of the structure and safe. ACFD #1 assumed command of the incident and the fire was controlled within 30 minutes and completely extinguished within two-and-a-half hours.
The structure was a complete loss and no injuries occurred. The cause of the fire is under investigation. A burn out check from Laramie Firefighters Union Local 946 was issued to the home owners and assistance requested from the American Red Cross.
