Cheyenne, Wyo. - Governor Matt Mead is delivering his annual State of the State address on Monday morning to a joint session of the 64th Wyoming Legislature.
This will be Gov. Mead’s final State of the State address, since his term as governor expires this year.
The address begins at 10am at the Jonah Business Center in Cheyenne (since the capitol remains under renovation), but you can watch the live stream at kgwn.tv.
Bishop Steven Biegler from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cheyenne will speak first, followed by the governor.
