New York - McDonald's is planning to hire 250,000 new staff across the United States, using Snapchat to get the message out.

CNN says that starting today (Tuesday June 20) the company will roll out a series of 10-second Snapchat ads.

With a quick swipe, viewers are redirected to the company’s career website where they can apply for a job. An estimated 71 percent of the 300-plus million Snapchat users are under 34 years old; 45 percent are between the ages of 18 to 24.
