Cheyenne, Wyo. - A Tennessee woman, missing since April with her toddler, has been found in Cheyenne.
Cheyenne Police arrested Gracie Frazier, 35, on Monday evening. The address of the location of arrest is listed as Safehouse Services, a shelter for persons who are victims or survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.
Cheyenne police have confirmed that the child, Jeremiah Frazier, was also found. The Bledsoe County Sheriff's Department in Tennessee reported back in July, that Jeremiah, who was 2-year-old when he was taken, was believed to have been abducted by his mother on April 19. Both were believed to have been in the Colorado Springs area as well.
Gracie Frazier was wanted on several felony charges out of multiple Tennessee counties.
According to our CBS affiliate WDEF, Frazier was charged earlier this year with 3 counts of doctor shopping for hydrocodone. She was arrested in Nashville in February, just a few months before she went missing. The Tennessee Office of Inspector General describes doctor shopping as the crime of visiting numerous doctors in a short time period for prescription drugs.
Cheyenne police say an anonymous source tipped them off to Frazier's location.
