ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) — Officials say they're investigating a possible case of measles in southwest Wyoming.

Sweetwater County school officials announced in mid-December that a junior high school student had come down with measles.

County health officials said Friday additional testing is being done but there's no sign of an outbreak.

Sweetwater County officials say the measles immunization rate among schoolchildren in the county is better than 95 percent.
