Residents celebrate 307 Day

WYOMING. (KGWN) - A Wyoming resident knows better than anyone the best places to visit in our state. Now you can help bring visitors into Wyoming by showing them what our beautiful state has to offer.

The Wyoming Office of Tourism believes the more we show the world what makes our state special, the more visitors will come, and the more revenue we will have to preserve what we love.

Tia Troy, Wyoming Office of Tourism, says, “All of the 580 thousand people who call Wyoming home are doing so because they love it.”

In addition to sharing a love for our beautiful state, Wyomingites share the same area code...307.

Our tourism office has named March 7th 307 Day...and given us a way to show our Wyoming pride.

You can pick up a That's WY flag at visitors centers throughout the state. All you have to do is snap a picture with the flag in a favorite place and share it on social media with the hashtag #FlyYourWY.

Tia explains, “We are home to so many incredible places and incredible attractions.”

We have vast blue skies with puffy white clouds, stunning open landscapes, and rolling hills.

You can pick up your That's WY flag at the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center.
