The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

Southeastern Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming...
* Until 515 PM MDT
* At 434 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 9 miles west of Carpenter, or 17 miles southeast of
Cheyenne, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Laramie County.
