Updating food truck, wagon, cart laws coming to City Council agenda

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (KGWN) - Cheyenne City Councilman Richard Johnson has been working with City staff for about 16 month to update laws when it comes to food trucks, vendors, carts, and wagons.

The revisions will be introduced on Monday night's City Council agenda. Johnson says this is part one. "My next objective is to work with the mayor and council on software enhancements for permitting. I would like to see this stream lined. If you're at home at 2 am in your bunny slippers you should be able to file your permit there. No more trips to city hall when you have a business to run, contractors waiting, and customers to serve."
