CRMC hosts Wake Up to Women's Heart Health

CHEYENNE, Wyo Cheyenne Regional Heart at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is hosting a discussion called Wake up to Women's Heart Health.

This discussion is being held on Saturday, February 3 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the main auditoriums. Breakfast and lunch will be served along with fun prizes.

There will be several guest speakers including, Cardiologist Dr. Herman Feringa who will discuss risk factors that may lead to a heart attack or stroke and what you can do to reduce this risk in your own life.

Local radio personality Brenda Foley will share how important it is for you to trust your instincts—even in the midst of struggles and doubts—
and get the care you need.

CRMC exercise physiologists will share how to include fitness
into your everyday life.

Cardiologist Dr. Ahmad Alqaqa’a will describe the advancement of cardiac techniques and technologies used by our nationally recognized
heart team.

And a panel of experts from the Cheyenne Regional Heart & Vascular Institute will answer questions related to women’s heart health.
