CHEYENNE, Wyo - In our monthly series with Cheyenne Botanic Gardens Tina Worthman the interim Gardens Director stopped by to talk about some events and the redesigned website for the gardens.

On Saturday, March 24 the Botanic Gardens and Laramie Master Gardeners are partnering up for a lecture on Crevice Gardens. If you have been to the gardens, the rock garden in front is what Kenton Seth will be teaching you how to recreate, a crevice garden is perfect for Wyoming's climate.

The class will take place in the afternoon and tickets are $15 a person, you can get tickets at the gift shop or at the door.

On March 25 there will be a class on making wool felt succulents. These are perfect for those that are missing a green thumb. If you attend this class you should bring your own container. You must register by Friday the 23. Tickets are $15 you can get them at the office, this class only seats 15 people.

If you have been to the Botanic Gardens website you may notice it's a little different, that's because they have redesigned the website. Since the gardens are changing they want to have the website change with it. It's still the same web address just has a new look.

For more information on either class and to see which succulent you will be creating check out the interview from the morning show.
