Cheyenne man sentenced for possession of meth

Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - Christopher Rose, 32, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on March 19, 2014, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distributing 50 grams or less of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Rose was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 46 months imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment.

This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of
Criminal Investigation.
