Cheyenne Transit has temporarily halted some stops because of Parsley Bridge closure

Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - The closure of the Parsley Boulevard Bridge over Interstate 80 has temporarily closed four south route Cheyenne Transit stops.

The Parsley Boulevard Bridge is closed to all traffic due to damage caused by a truck carrying an over-height load on February 28. The bridge will remain closed to all traffic until Wyoming Department of Transportation engineers can assess the safety of the structure.

On the south side of Interstate 80, the furthest west boarding area is at Leisher Road and Snyder Avenue at 33 minutes past the hour.
On the north side of Interstate 80, the furthest west boarding area is at the Pinewood Village Office at 38 minutes past the hour.
The four closed stops are:
• Leisher Road and Dey Avenue
• West Jefferson Road and Parsley Boulevard
• West Fourth Street and Arp Avenue
• West Fifth Street and Cribbon Avenue
