Cheyenne woman convicted of conspiracy to posses meth

Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - Tabitha Overgard, 37, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on April 21, 2014, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine.

Overgard was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She received 60 months imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $300.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
