Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - A new, interactive way to honor Wyoming's fallen soldiers debuted at the Capitol on Thursday. The Fallen Warriors Memorial Kiosk is funded by the Wyoming Veterans Commission, and honors more than 70 men and women who have died since September 2001.

The kiosk was on display at the Capitol during the annual Veterans Day visit to the legislature. Members of the House and Senate stopped by during recess to use the interactive display. Family members of soldiers who have died also came to see the display.

Director of the Veterans Commission Larry Barttlebort said the hardest part was getting families to donate pictures, videos, and more detailed information.

"We're still working with the families, it's difficult to lose someone during wartime," said Barttlebort.

The three kiosks will be displayed in Cheyenne, Casper, and Sheridan until the Fall.
