Gov. Mead Signs Architectural Week Proclamation

Today at the State Capitol Governor Mead signed architectural week into proclamation. In Cheyenne and the rest of Wyoming, we posses our own, unique form of architectural style.

The governor opened with talking to each of the 5 architects on hand, about the import role architecture plays in our Wyoming communities.
He told the architects how much he enjoys the different styles of buildings he can see driving down any street in any town in Wyoming. With the stroke of his pen, Wyoming became the another state to establish an entire week to honoring it's own architectural uniqueness.
