L-Triple-C held a college signing this afternoon to recognize some of its top athletes that are moving on to an even bigger stage.

Seyit Mejia-Bello and Eri Unai will play soccer next year for division 2 Mississippi College.

Taylor Hockley is headed to Lenoir Rhyne and Francesca Ali is going to NAIA Lindsey Wilson

Ambre Desaulnay will play volleyball at the University of North Florida.

Deon Edwin played basketball for the Golden Eagles and he's signing at the division one level.

He'll play ball next at Kent State University.

"It was a school that had all of the criteria that I was looking for like volleyball and the business program is really good there." said Desaulnay Wednesday.
"The reason I chose Kent State was because my brother was a former player there and when I went on my visit, They showed me much love. And then all the team mates and the coaching staff, all of them was so friendly. It was like I was there with family already." Edwin said on why he chose Kent State for basketball.

LCCC should have another basketball player moving on shortly. Deshon Portley will make his decision on where he is heading in the upcoming weeks.
