Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - Kids can struggle when they start school because of a vision or hearing problem, so it's extremely important to get them screened to determine whether or not they have a hearing or vision problem. So to help combat that problem, Laramie County Head Start, a child development program, is offering free vision and hearing, as well as developmental screenings for kids 2 months to 5 years old this afternoon from 1:00-4:00 PM.
Head Start offers these screenings on a fairly regular basis, you can find more information on those on their website. The Head Start program is also currently accepting applications for enrollment, which can also be found on their website.
Head Start is located at 711 Warren Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, behind Destiny Church.
