Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - REACH stands for Rare and Exceptional Achievements in Customer Service and Hospitality and every year the Hospitality and Tourism conference gives these awards to those individuals and businesses who excel in customer service and hospitality.
This year's winners included Darlene Matz of the Casper Area Convention and Visitors Bureau for Customer Service Employee of the Year. Kevin States, superintendent of Hot Springs State Park in Thermopolis won the Industry Partner of the Year. The Wind River Hotel and Casino was awarded with the Customer Service Organization of the Year and the Destination of the Year went to the National Big Horn Sheep Interpretive Center in Dubois.
The conference will conclude this evening with a Salute to the Industry Gala where Governor Matt Mead will give out the "Big Wyo" award. For more information on Wyoming tourism, you can visit their website.
