Regional West to Launch New Online Service for Patients

Scottsbluff, NE Have you ever forgotten about an upcoming doctor visit? Have you misplaced instructions for preparing for a medical test? It’s time to ensure that all your personal medical information and appointments is stored in one location, and it’s easy to do with “My Regional West.”

Regional West Health Services is launching a new interactive online portal called “My Regional West” to give patients instant access to their personal health information ― including doctor appointments, procedure results, test prep, and other important medical information.

“My Regional West” will help patients take charge of their health care.

Once enrolled, patients can securely log into their “My Regional West” account to view a summary of their recent clinic visit or hospital stay, view lab results, request or change appointment times, keep track of immunizations and medication lists, and connect family members. Beginning October 1 patients will also be able to securely email their provider with questions or to request prescription refills through the portal.

Patients can log into their accounts from home computers, their smartphone, or any other computer device at any time. There is no cost to register an account. Regional West encourages all patients to utilize this service and to actively participate in the management of their personal health care.

The portal will be active for patients who have had a hospital stay beginning July 1 and later in the month for those who have had a clinic visit.
