Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - The Nathaniel Castellanos trial has entered its final stages.
There were no more witnesses taking the stand Friday. Judge Campbell gave the jury their final instructions on how to interpret
the evidence and the charges.
The defense and prosecution gave their closing statements. The prosecution focused on Castellanos’ changing his story and claiming that another man entered his home and shot the victims while the defense focused on the prosecution’s use of circumstantial evidence and the lack of physical evidence.
The Jury has started their deliberations and NewsChannel 5’s Bill Rentschler is at the court house and will have updates as they are available.
