Horse Virus Found in WY, Shouldn't be Concern for CFD

Posted: 07/04/2014 - A case of Equine Infectious Anemia or EIA was found in one horse located in Johnson County forcing the horse to be euthanized. Cases of the disease are not common in Wyoming, but are very serious when they occur. Dr. Bob Meyer says despite the recent discovery there is not much reason to worry about horses at Frontier Days.
