BDAR: Meet Max

Cheyenne, Wyo. (KGWN) Play the video to meet Max, an adoptable pup at Black Dog Animal Rescue. Plus the newest board member for BDAR is introduced on the morning show. The Summer Mutt Fair is slated for June 14 at Lion's Park.

BDAR is a small organization run primarily by volunteers and funded entirely through donations.

BDAR believes that no healthy, treatable, or rehabilitatable animal should be euthanized in Wyoming’s shelters because of population restrictions or the length of time it may take to find a permanent home.

The mission of Black Dog Animal Rescue is to provide homeless animals across Wyoming with guaranteed safe and secure placement, promote the use of proven life-saving programs in our communities, and advocate for animal welfare.

We rely on the volunteer spirit in our community. If you want to help our rescue animals directly, please visit our volunteer page for more information and an application form. Thank you for visiting.
