Group exercise promoting improvement of muscle strength, mobility, balance and endurance.
Designed for those with arthritis or related conditions and those just beginning an exercise program.

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION EXERCISE PROGRAM
Group exercise promoting improvement of muscle strength, mobility, balance and endurance. Designed for those with arthritis and related conditions and those beginning an exercise program.

BODY SCULPTING
Intense strength workout for those who want a quick and effective routine over the lunch hour.
Utilizes a variety of resistance tools/exercises to tone/shape the entire body.

BODY STRONG
Strength training workout using hand-held weights, bands, medicine balls with a focus on gaining and maintaining muscle and toning.

BOOT CAMP
Calisthenics/strength combo for an intense workout. Participants under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by an adult or have a parent/guardian signed waiver.

CARDIO CIRCUIT – SILVERSNEAKERS®
Combine fun & fitness to increase your cardiovascular/muscle endurance power with a standing circuit workout by SilverSneakers®. Upper body strength work using hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.

CARDIO MIX IN THE MORNING
Cardio conditioning techniques with strength training intervals for a total body workout. Improve your cardiovascular endurance and strength.

CORE, STRETCH & FLEX
Group exercise promoting improvement of muscle strength, mobility, balance and endurance.

GROUP CYCLING

A non-impact stationary cycling program that welcomes all fitness levels. Orientation required. Sign up at front desk.

HEALTHY BACK AND CORE

Strengthen back and core muscles utilizing bands, balls, weights.

KETTLEBELL
Kettlebells are cast iron weights, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

KICKBOXING
Increase your self-confidence and reduce stress, while you get lean and strong.
Kickboxing is a great cardiovascular workout that combines basic martial arts and aerobics.

PEDAL ‘n POWER
“High energy” cycling class incorporating: 1) strength training through the use of resistance bands,
2)core and stretching, all set to a musical theme.

PILATES
Strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, utilizing breathing techniques for a stronger more energy efficient body.

PUMP IT UP
Increase muscle definition and decrease body fat, burn calories directly from your carbohydrate stores, producing the most effective weight loss possible. Using dumbbells or your own body weight you’ll work multiple muscles to achieve a lean look

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is an active workout that combines resistance, intervals, power, plymetrics, and endurance. Great for people with intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

SCUPLT ‘N BURN

High intensity interval training exercises are combined with free weight low intensity moves to push your body into shape. The last 15 minutes are designed for core training.

Anaerobic power moves are combined with aerobic step choreography to increase your heart rate in a new way!

SUPER STRENGTH & STEP
Sculpt, tone, tighten and burn! Great mix of old and new exercises to keep the fat burning and muscles responding. Use balls, tubing, and weights for a total body workout, with emphasis on core and lower body.

XTRAIN
Combination of body weight and/or weight training, ply metrics and core/ab training. Intermediate/Advanced
