Our Kids: Tips for waking up in the morning

Parents - are your mornings fraught with conflict and the "grouchies"?
Let's talk about a few ways you can help your family have a better start to the morning.

1. Get ready night before

2. Wake up Routine

3. Breakfast

4. Send Off

There will be challenges throughout the day. Kids will be ready to take on the day when they know their family care about them, and they're rested , nourished and encouraged.

Try it out this week but remember - success of these ideas depends on parents following them as well! Do you prepare for the next day, the night before; have a wake up routine; eat breakfast; give yourself words of encouragement?
