A Bill to do away with previously passed military pension cuts was approved in the senate today, with an overwhelming 95 to 3 vote.
It already passed the house yesterday, and now goes to the President's desk.
Once he signs it, "cost-of-living" pension increases will be restored for current military retirees and anyone who enlisted before January 1st.
Back in December, Congress voted to cut those increases, as part of a plan to fund the government.
Veterans were outraged and pushed for a repeal.
