Lexington, NE (AP) - A 43-year-old woman accused of stealing and using customer account information while working at a Lexington convenience store has pleaded guilty.
Lexington radio station KRVN says Michelle Burkey is scheduled to be sentenced on April 28. Last week she pleaded guilty to attempted unauthorized use of a financial transaction device. Prosecutors had lowered the charge in return for Burkey's plea.

Investigators say Burkey recorded customer account information while working as a clerk at the store. Two of the victims say they lost more than $2,700 total.
