Riverton, WY (AP) - A Riverton man is dead from the beating he suffered with a claw hammer and Fremont County prosecutors have filed criminal charges against three people.
The Riverton Ranger reports that prosecutors identified the dead man as Richard Longsoldier of Riverton. Authorities say he died from injuries he suffered Friday night at a trailer park in Riverton.
Prosecutors charged 29-year-old George Jr. Littlethunder III and his sister, 30-year-old Delight Estelle Sunrhodes, with second-degree murder. Both Littlethunder and Sunrhodes are from Arapahoe. Prosecutors also charged 27-year-old Craig Brian C'Bearing of Ethete with being an accessory after the fact of second-degree murder.
Circuit Court Judge Wesley Roberts on Monday set bail at $1 million cash for Littlethunder and Sunrhodes and at $500,000 cash for C'Bearing.
