Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - For the past few years, Laramie County Fair officials have had plans of moving the fair entirely to the Archer Complex.
The fair board is showing what the $9.1 million project might look like.
The facility could be used year-round for various events and shows.
Laramie County Commissioner, Buck Holmes, says the project won't start this year.
He's confident it's going to get built, it's just a matter of raising the money.
"We hope we can come up with some grant funding. We hope that maybe we can get some private enterprise involved, for example, naming rights and things of that sort," Holmes said.
