Manderson, WY (AP) - More flooding because of ice dams along the Big Horn River is still possible between Manderson and Basin.
The National Weather Service has extended a flood warning for southern Big Horn County until 3 p.m. Tuesday.
On Monday, Wyoming National Guard members stacked up sandbags around the Cloud Peak School in Manderson to protect it from flood waters. Sandbags have also protected the town's water treatment plant. No evacuations were reported.
Minor flooding is also possible in the Star Valley and Jackson Hole because of new, wet snow on Tuesday.
