Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - Throne says there needs to be a public discussion on how much the Wyoming Legislature should save versus how much it should spend. Conservative lawmakers want to double the size of the state's rainy day funds to $3.3 billion. They also want to increase the size of the Permanent Minerals Trust Fund to $8 billion. Throne claims the state would be wiser to invest much of the funds into infrastructure now.
