Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) - Jurors have been dismissed for the day in the murder trial of 75-year old Alice Uden.
Jurors were handed the case Tuesday and began deliberations this morning.
After eight hours of deliberations they did not return a verdict in the first degree murder trial.
Uden is accused of murdering her husband, Ronald Holtz, in the 1970's. At one point today, Judge Steven Sharpe called jurors back into the courtroom and told them they must get past their differences and make a decision of innocent or guilty without reasonable doubt.
We'll keep you updated on this murder trial and the pending verdict.
