Cheyenne, WY (KGWN) The Cheyenne Animal Shelter hosted it's final "Critter Camp" session of the summer on Wednesday. And they got to feed and pet something a little bigger than a critter.

Carol Lontine brought up two of her therapy llamas for the kids to see and interact with. She says that her gentle llamas do great with kids. "All they have to do is hold out some carrots and that llama will be your best friend," said Lontine.

Typically Lontine brings her llamas to assisted living facilities. She says the llamas make the elderly residents happy. "They like to just lead them around," said Lontine.

Lontine started caring for llamas 18 years ago and shortly after that, she said friends told her she should start her llama therapy business.
