Robert Geha grew up around news.

His aunt is legendary White House reporter Helen Thomas.

"When we were kids we would sit on the floor and listen to our aunt Helen tell us stories about Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Johnson. As we got older, and still sitting on the floor, we heard about Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton. You might say we got the inside scoop."

Geha has been covering news in Wyoming since 1989. He started as a general assignment reporter and then went on to produce and anchor nightly newscasts, which he currently does now for KGWN. Geha does a daily political report and stock market update for the 5:30 and 10:00 newscast. He also produces the 10 p.m. Geha says if he has earned his stripes in this business he's done it by covering the Wyoming legislature, which he says is the most challenging and fun job he's ever had.

Geha left Wyoming for a year in 1995 and went to work as a news writer in CNN's Washington Bureau.

He grew up in Detroit and graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor's in Business Administration. Geha has a second major in Broadcast Journalism from San Diego State University.
