On Wednesday three faculty members from the University of Wyoming hosted a town hall meeting in Cheyenne.
About 30 people gathered at the Holiday Inn to discuss admission standards. By changing admission standards, the faculty members said students would have to be more prepared for college. Studies show that students who are more prepared for college are more likely to graduate.
Before the university changes any admission standards it said it would host about 20 town hall meetings at different locations across the state.
