F.E. Warren Hosts Underage Drinking Conference

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday F.E. Warren Air Force Base hosted its Underage Drinking Conference.

The purpose of the event was to address how to better handle and reduce underage drinking in Laramie County. It was open to all law enforcement, military and civilians.    

According to the Pacific Institute For Research and Evaluation, underage drinking caused an estimated 13 traffic fatalities and 433 traffic injuries in Wyoming in 2009.  It was also linked to two homicides and 1,300 violent crimes.
