At 18-5 and holding their own in the Mountain West Conference, has talk of the NCAA Tournament started in the Cowboy locker room? You bet it has..well..kinda! Head Coach Larry Shaytt said, "We talked about ring sizing and cutting nets down. We have two opportunities. If we have the best record in the Mountain West regular season we get rings and we will cut nets down. If not, we have 72 hours to go to Vegas and that winner will ring size and cut the nets down and at that point and only at that point will a group of adults decide if we are worthy of a particular tournament, that's the extent that we have talked about."
