
A new study ranks Wyoming #16 for "Best States to Do Business."
Chief Executive magazine asked CEOs to grade their state on a variety of areas, including taxes and regulations, quality of workforce and living environment.
Wyoming got high marks on taxes and regulations, receiving 5 stars. The other two categories were given 4 stars.
Texas came out on top. Colorado was #11 and Nebraska #27. The worst state? California.
