Trick or Treaters Visit Governor's Mansion

On Halloween Governor Mead and the First Lady greeted trick or treaters at their home in Cheyenne.

They handed out goodies at the Governor's Mansion from about 5-7 PM. The whole time a steady flow of little ghosts and goblins stopped by.

Of course, a lot of effort goes into many of these costumes, some parents and kids spending weeks, if not months, planning.
