WYDOT advises travelers that West Pershing Boulevard will open tomorrow late afternoon to full access for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians.
This season's final completed portion of the two-year project was between the Snyder intersection and Dillon Avenue. The remainder of the project will be completed next spring.
Please note that while the roadway will be opened tomorrow, workers remain in the area completing landscape work for the next two weeks.
Improvements to the roadway include new pavement, new sidewalk, curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main replacement.
The project cost was $3.4 million and Cheyenne's Simon Contractors is the primary contractor.
