Join KGWN, the Cheyenne CW and Spradley Barr for our 4th Annual Holiday Food Drive.
The food drive is an opportunity for the community to help their neighbors who are struggling this holiday season. We'll be out in front of WalMart from November 15th-17th.
Food Drive Times:
- November 15th: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
- November 16th: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
- November 17th: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
We are collecting all of the fixin's for Thanksgiving including turkey, ham, potatoes, canned veggies, and pumpkin pie. The local organizations in town are also in need of day-to-day necessities.
Here's a list of items needed:
- Breakfast meats
- Onions, peppers, etc.
- Fresh fruits
- Cold cereal
- Pancake mix and syrup
- Lunch meat
- Chicken, beef, pork
- Milk
- Cheese
- Bread
- Eggs
All of the donations will be given to four local organizations: Needs Inc., the Salvation Army, COMEA Shelter, and Meals on Wheels.
