Cheyenne Stamped Score Big in 7-4 Win Over Renegades

(CHEYENNE)-The Cheyenne Stampede found the back of the net four times in the third period to overcome the New Mexico Renegades 7-4 Friday night at the Cheyenne Ice Center.  Cheyenne tallied 44 shots to New Mexico's 24.

Power plays were key to the Stampede's offensive success as Cheyenne notched four goals on just six.  As for penalty kills the Stampede only allowed the Renegades to score one goal on 12 power plays.

The two teams face each other again Saturday night at 7:35 PM and Sunday at 1 PM.
