UPDATE: 11:30 a.m. November 28th

A Cheyenne man is dead after being hit trying to cross Dell Range.

55-year-old Paul Seybold was struck by a 2000 Dodge Stratus, driven by a 43-year-old Cheyenne woman. The crash happened Tuesday night around 7:00 p.m. in the 3700 block of Dell Range.

The man was transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center by ambulance, but was later pronounced dead.

Cheyenne Police, Cheyenne Fire and Rescue and the Highway Patrol responded to the accident.The crash remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
