Old West Museum Re-opens - KGWN –Cheyenne, WY– Scottsbluff, NE News,Weather, Sports

After being closed for about two weeks, the Old West Museum re-opened on Saturday.  The museum was closed for the first phase of a multi-phase renovation process that will take place over the next several months.

This first renovation was to update the Carriage Room.  With the help of the community, the room received everything from new paint to a state-of -the-art lighting system.  The next phase of renovations includes building a brand new exhibit.

The renovations should be completed by July 2013.
