For Mike and Ashley Simmons December 12th 2012 will forever be remembered as the day they welcomed Sophia into the world, but there is even more significance to the day.
Both parents were hoping their daughter would be born on 12/12/12, but when Ashley went into labor Tuesday morning, they had their doubts it would happen. Baby Sophia had other plans, however.
She waited until 12:12 AM on December 12th 2012 to make her official appearance to the world. Put it all together and it adds up to five 12s.
While having their first child is very exciting for Mike and Ashley, this special birth date just adds a little more uniqueness to the day.
