The Governor and First Lady were on hand this morning at the Capitol Rotunda to light the Christmas Tree.  They lit the twenty-six foot tree in front of hundreds of kids and adults to celebrate the Christmas season.

Each year, Arc of Laramie County, receives hand-made ornaments from kids and adults with disabilities from around the state to put on the tree.  They are then invited to the lighting ceremony to see all of it put together.
