Any of us who've had to spend time in a hospital have an opinion one way or another on what that experience was like. Well, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is seeking those opinions to improve their patients experience.
The hospital is in the process of forming a patient advisory council. It will be made up of a group of current and former patients, their family members and hospital staff.
They plan to meet monthly and discuss topics related to hospital experience in hopes to improve communication, turnaround time and other areas.
They plan to begin meetings by late January.
