A homeless man who was the great-nephew of reclusive New York railroad heiress Huguette Clark was found dead in Evanston.
The Associated Press reports Timothy Henry Gray, 60, was found dead under a Union Pacific Railroad overpass on Thursday. The coroner said it appeared he died of hypothermia.
Gray could have inherited $19 million of Clark's $300 million fortune.
Clark died in May 2011 after living as a recluse for decades. Her fortune was contested by extended family who she left nothing in her will.
